We can produce editable MP4 files from you VHS-C video tapes enabling you to edit the video on your home computer. The files will work on both PCs and MACs.
Editable file sizes are very large and you will need to supply an external hard drive or large capacity USB stick. One of hour of video needs up to 5gb of space. We can supply USB sticks at cost price on request.
DVDs are terrific. The will last forever, you can play them hundreds of times without any deterioration at all. However, one small scratch on your DVD will make it unplayable. Ordering an extra copy of your VHS-C-DVD will insure that you have a back up copy of your precious home movies - only £5
It is a condition of using our service that you own the copyright to the material on the VHS-C video tape. If it is commercial material which your originally bought we can make one copy to DVD.
You must have permission for a DVD transfer. We only carry out VHS-C work on the above understanding.
NTSC-PAL
NTSC is the TV standard for many countries around the world, most notably, the USA, Japan and Canada.
We can transfer your NTSC VHS-C video to DVD for so that you can view the footage on your home DVD player.
The cost is NTSC conversion to DVD from VHS-C video tapes is £40 with discounts for quantities.
Video Tape Repair
We can fix any type of physical damage to the tape such as snapped or entangled tape, tapes which are immediately ejected and replacing the tape housing.
We cannot generally fix problems associated with bad recordings (too light or too dark), camera equipment malfunctions and sound problems. If you have accidentally erased the tape we cannot restore the footage.
